1 lb. ground beef
1/2 t salt
1 C milk
1 C shredded cheese
1 C chopped onion
1/2 C bisquick
2 eggs
Heat oven 400. Grease 9" pie plate; cook ground beef and onion. Stir in salt. Spread in pie plate; sprinkle with cheese. Stir remaining ingredients until blended. Pour into pie plate. Bake about 25 min. or until knife comes out clean. 6 servings.
